An excellent way to sustain and deepen learnings around the Resilient Leadership model is to participate in an ongoing group discussion forum. Groups of 6-8 people can be organized exclusively for members of your organization, or you may prefer to be part of a "mixed" group with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and situations. These groups meet on a regular schedule (e.g., every other week, monthly, quarterly, etc.); via telephone conference call for an hour. Participants are expected to commit to regular participaton and to do some reading (usually about an hour's worth) by way of preparation. |
